What if I have zero knowledge of wholesaling?
That's fine. A lot of the people I've coached started from nothing. We start where you are and build from there.
Is it just video modules?
No. Everything is based around your exact situation: the time you have, your finances and your market. It's 1-on-1 with me, not a course.
What type of coach are you?
I'm not a procrastinator, and I'm not going to sugarcoat things with you. I care about getting you the results, and I'll always tell you where you can improve and what you're doing well. If you're not ready to make a change and would rather stay in analysis paralysis, please don't apply. This isn't for you.
I've tried a course before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
This isn't a course. Courses are video modules sold to the masses. This is a highly intensive 1-on-1 bootcamp built around you. You won't join a community, watch videos, get told good luck, and then have to talk to someone's assistant when you have questions. It's you and me working together. Most people fail because they don't know what to do next, the plan isn't built around them, and they end up back at guesswork, the exact thing they were trying to avoid. This is the furthest thing from a traditional course.
Should I wait until I know more before I apply?
Not knowing enough is exactly why it's time to make a change. Waiting to feel ready is how people end up a year later in the exact same spot. Staying on the same path of online research, reels and YouTube videos hurts you more than it helps, and the last thing you want is to keep learning the wrong things and building bad habits that don't serve you.
How long until I see results?
Some people get their first deal done in 4 weeks. For others it takes 12. It all depends on who you are as a person, the drive you have to make this work, and your willingness to push through uncertainty.
What happens on the call?
We go over who you are as a person, where you're at in your journey, and the goals and vision you have for yourself, and see if this would actually be a good fit. If it isn't, I'll be 1000% honest and tell you. If it is, I'll walk you through exactly how we'd put together a step-by-step game plan for you to go out and get results in wholesaling.
What if I've already closed deals and want to be more consistent?
Wholesaling doesn't have to be a luck-based business. We find what's working, fix the holes in the bucket, and build a system so your deals are consistent.
What if I already have a team and want to scale?
We look at your numbers, your people and your marketing, then build a plan to grow without everything running through you.
